Why We Do What We Do

Every BBQ fan’s been there: steak that doubles as shoe leather, sausages turned to lava, or chicken that’s still on winter break inside. Frustrating? Sure. But also completely avoidable.

Who We Are

We’re Harry and Stan – uncle and nephew, BBQ geeks and fire addicts to the core.

Harry fell in love with Thai culture over 35 years ago and built a steel empire there: trailers, signage, and metalwork so tough you’d need a tank to break it. He designs, welds, tests, and tweaks until every detail is just right. A true builder with an eye for detail and a head full of ideas.

Stan has been with his wholesale business in American sporting goods for 20 years. He knows how to get niche products to the right people – and how to wrap them in a digital experience that just clicks. A tech nerd with a passion for clever solutions and a borderline obsession with ease of use.

During a few legendary nights in Bangkok – think juicy steaks, ice-cold beers, and smoke clouds big enough to block the skyline – we decided to turn our BBQ hobby into a mission. And just like that, Emmber was born: forged from fire, steel, and a little guts.
