We currently ship to the following countries. All shipping rates listed below are inclusive of VAT.

Ireland €13.45
Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden €14.45

Bulgaria and Romania €16.95
Estonia, Greece and Lithuania €16.45
Finland €20.95
Croatia, Cyprus and Malta €22.45

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Weight & Multiple Packages
The maximum weight per shipment is 31 kilograms. If multiple items are ordered and this weight limit is exceeded, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. In such cases, additional shipping costs may be automatically applied in the shopping cart.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We ship our orders using DSV-UPS and DPD. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment.

Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will of course assist you in resolving any delivery-related issues as best as possible.

Incorrect Address Information
Please carefully check your shipping details before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrectly provided address information.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and send your message to contact@emmber.net so we can assist you promptly.

Customs Duties & Taxes
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
